1. Operational Authorization
By deploying Emvisal telemetry collectors on your physical infrastructure, you grant Emvisal necessary permission to ingest, process, and render volumetric assets. You warrant that you hold legitimate title or clearance to map the designated physical environments.
2. API Usage & Quotas
Developer accounts are granted rate-limited access tokens for querying spatial relationship graphs. Automated query spikes or brute-force spatial mapping behaviors that disrupt service nodes will trigger temporary credentials revocation.
3. Service Limitations
While Emvisal provides low-latency physical telemetry rendering, telemetry systems are dependent on external sensor network status. Emvisal is not liable for system outages resulting from physical link breakdowns or third-party sensor hardware failures.
